Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Plannie! We currently ship throughout Egypt.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Weekends and public holidays are not included.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and InstaPay payments.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping & Delivery
- Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1–3 business days
- Other Governorates: 3–5 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive your tracking or delivery information.
- If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will arrange another delivery attempt according to their policy.
- Local pickups: If you are in 6th of October, Cairo and would like to pick up your order instead, please arrange it with us on Instagram or Facebook DMs.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and that someone is available to receive your order. Incorrect address details or an unavailable recipient may result in delivery delays or additional delivery attempts.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, preferably with photos of the issue.
