Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and returned in their original Plannie Family Planner box, with all included components, and packaging where applicable.
• Return/exchange shipping fees are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
